Job application tracker
Remember applications, CV versions and your next follow-up without a complicated spreadsheet.
No account. This tool processes inputs in your browser without uploading them. Use short aliases and document references, not private files or other people’s personal data. Saving is off by default; added records and context can be saved on this device if you choose. An item still in the editor is not saved until added.
Your working record
Plain-text download
Excel exports separate fields for editing and filtering, with a snapshot of the current result. Values do not recalculate. PDF: choose Save as PDF in the print dialog.
How to use this worksheet
Start with the role, date and CV version you actually submitted. Add a next action only when there is something you intend to do. An unanswered application is not automatically a rejection. Similar employer and role names prompt a check; different roles remain separate.
Worked example
Example: you applied for Analyst on 5 October with CV-v3. Set “check recruiter response” for a date you choose. After an interview invitation, edit that record instead of entering it again. Archive it when the process ends; keep the version for future reference.
What to do next
Use the active list to decide what to do next, rather than filling every optional field. Download a backup before clearing browser data or changing devices. A CV matching score is not a known probability of getting an interview; review the actual requirements and supporting examples.
