Tool inputs
Salary amounts, dates, letter drafts and checklist progress are processed in your browser. Our tools do not send these inputs to our server or AI provider. Salary and letter inputs are not stored by our tools. Avoid adding unnecessary personal information to drafts.
Saving checklists on your device
Checklist progress is not saved by default. If you enable saving, it is kept in this browser’s local storage. You can turn saving off, clear the current checklist, or delete all locally saved checklist data using the tool controls. Shared devices may expose saved progress to other users.
Paycheck comparisons and work logs
These tools keep inputs only in the current page, without browser storage or server uploads. Refreshing or leaving clears unexported input. Copies you download, print or place on your clipboard are controlled by your device and applications. Protect them on shared devices. Do not enter medical documents, employer secrets or other people’s personal records.
Browsing and service logs
The website runs on Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for page-view and performance statistics. Technical records may include IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and performance measurements, for delivery, security, statistics and troubleshooting. These measurements do not include tool form values. No advertising is currently installed. Search terms and filters can appear in the URL; do not enter private information in search.
Official sources and AI
Our server stores official-source monitoring records, reviews and published guides in Cloudflare D1. The Yuanjing AI API receives official-source text and editorial instructions for review and bilingual summaries. It does not receive visitors’ tool inputs.
Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the message you choose to send through our email service. We use this information to handle your request. Do not send identity documents, passwords, medical records or unredacted employment documents. Contact us if you want us to delete correspondence we hold, subject to any necessary recordkeeping.
